We are using HP PPM software to ensure process conformance and were interested in exploring how HP PPM could be used as an integrated part of the content author workflow inside of the website our webteam is building. The website is built using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Basically, the question is whether a PPM task could be automated outside of PPM. Or more specifically:
Is it possible to automatically create a new ticket outside of PPM?
Is it possible to add a reference to an existing ticket outside of PPM?
(The docs discuss integration with Microsoft Project, but that seems more like data sync/integration than any task automation.)
