Hi PPM Members,

 

We have posted a many Support tips in our Project and Portfolio Management Support Customer Forum . This Forum is accessible to members that have a valid support contract agreement ( SAID) in their HP Passport profile. If you haven't updated your HP Passport profile with your Support agreement id (SAID), then please do this in order to see these support tips.

Hello,  sorry if this question seems a bit odd, but how/ where does a user receive his/ her company's SAID?
