I am sure there are a lot f users here who have been using their PPM 7.5 with Oracle 11gR2. I was wonderding if anyone has experienced any similar kind of issue like ours.
We have recently upgraded our DB software from Oracle 10.2 to 11gR2(188.8.131.52) . And a few days after that we are intermittently receiving reports of Sytem becoming unreachable for users for just a "Few second" with "503 - Service Temporarily Unavailable" Message. Sytem somes back to normal again within few seconds.
Verified that No network issues. And DBA mentions that she cannot see anything on the DB side as well. , verified with Supoprt that Nothing much on PPM server log as well. Not sure why else would be a good place to look.
So, was wondering if anyone else had experience with similar issue in the past . If so, can you please suggest something.
