My notification history reports only go back one week! Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted? I am trying to solve another issue where "some" PPM notifications are not always being sent and need to be able to create reports for longer than a week.
Thanks Jim. I just looked at service under Schedule Services in our system and that actually is set up to every 24 hours which adds to the mystery now since I see notifications in the report taht are older than 24 hours!!
My guess is that the Notification Cleanup Service is scheduled to run on a 24 hour interval and when it runs it releases notification history records that are older than the configured value for notification cleanup period.
