PPM Environment Doesn't Open

1 of our PPM Environments in workbench simply doesnot open at all thus preventing us from updating the passwords that were recently changed.
I am ONLY having issue opening 1 environment out of 50+ that we have in our system. We tried while launching the workbench from the PPM client and again by launching as application on desktop but it doesn't respond to double click or Open button.

I wonder anyone else had experienced similar issue or suggest something that could help.

Raj,

Check whether you have any password fields in ths userdata fields. If there are any then clear those fields from the database and then try to open the workbench.

I followed your suggestion by clearing the password field in the Userdata from the backend and everything started working just fine.
