PPM Budget - Help!!!!

Hi,

Is there a way to extract budgets out of PPM for all the projects?
For example - See attached spreadsheet.

Thanks

Re: PPM Budget - Help!!!!

Sure, have a look at these tables:

KCST_BUDGETS
KCST_BUDGET_LINES_V
KCST_BUDGET_LINE_CELLS

You can query the info and pivot it in Excel.

Re: PPM Budget - Help!!!!

Depends on the PPM version as Budget tables are replaced by Summary tables in 8.x.

For 7.x, you might find the following helpful...I copied it from a function that gives you total for each category for a given project.

select sum(kcc.PLAN_VALUE_LCL)
from kcst_budget_line_cells kblc,
kcst_budget_lines_v kbl,
kcst_currency_cells kcc
where kblc.budget_line_id = kbl.budget_line_id
and kbl.budget_id = p_Bud_ID
and kcc.currency_cell_id = kblc.currency_cell_id
group by kblc.budget_line_id, kbl.category_meaning
order by kblc.budget_line_id

Like I said, it was an extract from a function but you can create a join with the project/proposal tables and pull the information that way, you dont really have to write a function.
