When we run the Import Users report in HP PPM 9.31 (hosted with HPE SaaS), we're receiving an error message stating "SSL peer shut down incorrectly". This happens quite often, but not every time the report runs.
We use the same LDAP connection for user authentication without any problems. The Import Users report also starts to import user data from LDAP, but quits at random points in the process.
I've been unable to find any information regarding possible causes and I'm looking for help in figuring out what to look for..
