Hi eata,

Are you guys using single sign on?

A ServerLog file would be helpful if you provide.

after updating data base link on server.conf file

==> kill java on server

==> run sh kUpdateHtml.sh

==> run sh kStart.sh

Hi, eata,

your problem is related to database connection, as the screenshot states.

cheers

Re: PPM 9.1 server error

Hi Turboman,

yes we are using single sign on.

My problem is our workflows in ppm connects data base from their commands. And Data base password is not updated in some executions. so after 40 trial database connection is reset.

And I could not restart the server because I am restarting windows service.

I needed to run kStart.sh comand from cygwin.

for searches the i am writing error.

Re: PPM 9.1 server error

Hi, eata,

in order for you not to hardcode the DB password in clear text, you can try using the following token: [AS.DB_PASSWORD] (I never used it, but it should work).

cheers
