PPM 7.5 SP7 Upgrade Problem...

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from sP6->SP7.
During the process I get the following error.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi TurboMan,

You should check files' and folders' permissions if your login user have adequate access grants.

I/O errors often arised from inadequate acces grants. Don't forget to check both source and destination.

No, sorry it didn't help.
But I sorted it out as follows for who faces the same problem this is the solution.

Sounds like it is a java glitch.
I've changed regional settings to English(United States) and it worked like a charm.
