PPM 7.1 SP8: possible to hide fieldname of Req.Header field?

In PPM 7.1. SP8: How does is work to hide a fieldname of an additonal (not the standard) Request Header field?
These fields have no Description field to place the "!" which hides usually the Fieldname.

I tried to find this in the Forum but had no luck.

Thanks in advance

If you see the same field in Detail Section, You can see the Description field, but it is disabled. Check up where this sits in the DB and update the DB Field and see whether you have any success.

Hello Mahendran,

yep, you have exactly the Screen Shot I was busy to get.

The "trick" sounds good and I will investigate it.

Thanks for it

Re: PPM 7.1 SP8: possible to hide fieldname of Req.Header field?

SELECT *--Parameter_column_number, Prompt, Batch_number, Parameter_token,Display_flag, Enabled_flag FROM PRODPITG.KNTA_PARAMETER_SET_fields_V WHERE context_value='31270' AND source_parameter_set_id=906 ORDER BY 12

Select * from prodpitg.KNTA_PARAMETER_SET_FIELDS where parameter_set_field_id=53361

Update prodpitg.KNTA_PARAMETER_SET_FIELDS
set description='!' where parameter_set_field_id=53361

I got it.... It works.... please find parameter_set_field_id for that field, and update KNTA_PARAMETER_SET_FIELDS table.

I see the field Name disappeared.

Remember to clear the cache.

Re: PPM 7.1 SP8: possible to hide fieldname of Req.Header field?

Thank you Mahendran, I will test this very useful hint in my DEV environment.

The required modification on the DB is something that require well documented if it´s done in Customer environment.
