PORTLET_MAX_ROWS_RETURNED

Hi All,

Please help me with the steps to follow to increase the value of the paramenter 'PORTLET_MAX_ROWS_RETURNED' in the server configuration file.

I have updated the value through putty and cleared the cache using the below commands in the bin
1. sh kUpdateHtml.sh
2. sh kRunCacheManager.sh A
3. sh kRunCacheManager.sh D

The value got updated in the server.conf file but the same does not reflect in the frontend even after personalizing the portlet.

Re: PORTLET_MAX_ROWS_RETURNED

Have you tried the followings?
No need to say to stop the PPM :)
1. remove the following two folders
\server\\tmp
\server\\work
2. recompile JSP files ./kJSPCompiler.sh
3. Update HTML.

Hope it helps.

Re: PORTLET_MAX_ROWS_RETURNED

Hi,

Can you please let me know if this case is the same for Kintana 6.0 version?

You can see what value is being used with the Server Configuration Report in the Server Tools section of the Workbench.

In order to have a server.conf file change take effect, you need to stop and restart PPM. The sequence is:

1. Stop PPM
2. Update server.conf
3. Run kUpdateHtml.sh
4. Start PPM
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
