Out of the box portlet issue

Hello all,

Our out of the box portlet isn't working correctly. We recently update to 8.0 when the issue arrived. two of our custom fields are not displaying data when the fields are populated on the request form( application system and application sub system). Has anyone else had this issue before? I included screen shots .

Sometimes adding a fresh New Request List Porltet and re-configuring has helped similar schenario in the past.
But if it doesn't, you might want to get in touch with HP Support as the Portlet configuration may have been corrupted during Upgrade.
We have had experience with both the schenarios mentioned above, expecially the corruption. Thanks.

There is a problem with custom fields containing the work Application. I had the same issue which was resolved with 8.0 SP2
