One particular request type not opening from workbench
In our TEST and DEV environments for PPM v9.31, all Request Types are able to be opened from the workbench for editing except one. When you click the request type to open, or select it and choose "Edit" nothing happens, not even an error message, so we have nothing to go on. Nothing shows up in the serverLog, either. Is there a way to trace what is hapening to have some idea of what might be occurring? Thanks!
