OOTB Request list portlet to display to 2 Request Types

We have requirement to display both Proposals and Project in portlet sorted by a custom field.

I tried configuring this using OOTB Request list portlet. But, was able to pull only few common fields on to the portlet.

Though there were many fields with common token and having Display on Search as Yes, the fields are not displyed on Portlet.

Any idea what I am missing here?

Thank you.

Hi,

It is definitely around the Request Type configuration on both these request types. Lets work with one field at a time, can you provide screenshot of the field setting from both the request type? Also make sure that the storage max length is 200 for these fields.

Re: DOBB Request list portlier to display to 2 Request Types

Hi,

Left screenshot says, Display = No. If you do not want to display the field then you can use Status Dependencies, but for the field to be searchable, it should be display = Yes

Thanks Niraj that worked!

Any idea how can I have the Staffing profile as hyperlink instead of just text in this OOTB Request list portlet

Re: DOBB Request list portlier to display to 2 Request Types

Hi,

Request ID is the only hyperlink on the Request list portlet. If you need to have hyperlink to the staffing profile, then you would need to define custom portlet.
