Not able to view Button "Reopen Request" in request form

Not able to view Button "Reopen Request" in request form

I have specified valid workflow step as Reopen step in my Project workflow. The user has got required edit/cancel/delete privileges on the steps and request types, but still the Button "Reopen Request" is not visible.
Are there anything else to be checked? Please suggest!

Have you cleared the server cache?

Yes, infact I restarted the machine also.

I am checking in Project Details - Status Section. The "Reopen Request" button is not visible, although "Cancel Request" Button is visible.

I have found that if you are not the creator of the request or an admin, you cannot reopen a request.

In that case, I login as user "admin" and the creator of that request.

Have you added to user(s) to the Security tab of the Closed step of the workflow? That should make the button visible for that user.
