Not able to connect to Production Workbench.

Hi,

We are running PPM 7.1 SP5.

This is the error we are getting while connecting to production workbench.

"Unable to connect. Either no server is running or those servers that are running are not accepting connections."

We are able to log in to dashboard.

What could be the problem and how to resolve this problem without restarting the server.

Hi Shravan,

I've seen this in conjunction with temporary licenses or firewalls blocking port 1099.
