Maximum Concurrent User Load per one PPM node

What's the maximum limit on the concurrent user count per one PPM node at the same time to meet PPM performance creteria?

And what's the best/suggested concurrent user count value?

Is there any documet for those information?

Judy

Re: Maximum Concurrent User Load per one PPM node

Hi Judy,

If using a 64bit OS in the PPM server the max concurrent user that can be handled by a user traffic PPM node would be 250 Users (and using a max heap size of 4GB  and 3GHz CPU for PPM only per node).

If using a 32bit OS in the PPM server the max concurrent user that can be handled by a user traffic PPM node would be 150 Users (and using a max heap size of 2GB   and 3GHz CPU for PPM only per node).

Both OSs using a 32 bit JVM version (JVM 64bits is not supported yet).

Remember that we recomend to have dedicated nodes for runnings services. We recomend to have 1 services node for every 3-4 user traffic nodes.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Jonathan
