as far as I'm currently aware, there is no such featurer out of the box available.
I checked the knowledge-base and during investigation of one ticket, such an issue came up but the customer lost interest before an ER was logged. The requirement at the time surfacing was the following:
The new functionality should have the following functionalities.
1. Global control via server.conf parameters 2. Individual control at request types - like an enable/disable option like the ones available for cancel/delete 3. New access grant for controlling user based access
It might make sense if enough customer base is available to create a new support ticket and log an Enhancement Request.
