Hi, we recently installed PPM 7.5 with the Quickstart program. As part of our initial data load, about 200 new project requests were added to our production environment with the "Created By" value of "Admin User" I would really like to make that field editable, so that our BRM can update it with a real user name. I can see where the option to make this field "display only" is set to "yes", but it is greyed out (Request Type Header). Am I looking in the wrong place? (I do have full admin rights in the system). Any help you can provide would be great! Thanks! Trina
Yeah. I would have to agree that making it read only makes sense.. usually. But, with these 200+ records that were pushed into the tool via xml, we'd really like to assign the names of the people who originally created the requests (when we were tracking everything old school with Excel).
If a query is the only option, is that something that needs to be done directly on the server, outside the admin interface?
