Mail not getting triggered for notification defined in a specific Workflow.

Hi,
I am having a workflow, I have a dozen notifications defined in it. The notifications are not getting triggered. I am not sure why.

The Notifications are enabled. Notifications are triggering for other workflows.

One particular workflow only has the problem.

Please advice what could be the reason.

Please check if interval is immediate and check the tokens if its referring to custom workflow.

Yep, the Interval is set as Immediate, and the token values refer to the fields in the request HT and Request Type.

I made a copy of existing workflow and made the request type to follow the new workflow, now the mails are triggering. Any reason why?
