When updating PPM demand management, got following error occationally. Did anybody face the same issue? Any hint would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
An HP internal error has occurred. Please contact HP Project and Portfolio Management support if the problem persists. (KNTA-10023)

ORA-01001: invalid cursorORA-06512: at "MERCURY.KCRT_REQUEST_UTIL", line 236ORA-06512: at "MERCURY.KCRT_REQUEST_UTIL", line 327
To gather some info to help you understand the problem:
What is located at the lines of code indicated?
I.e. if you use your PL SQL Editing environment of choice or sqlplus to look at the package body for MERCURY.KCRT_REQUEST_UTIL, what is located at lines 236 and 327.
Is it a cursor definition?
Or the use of a cursor defined elsewhere?
Having a look at it might give more meaninful info.
BTW: are there any invalid objects in the schema?
Maybe an invalidated view or other object is referenced.
I would recommend to apply SP3 for 8.0.
Thanks everybody for your reply and suggestions. Somehow the issue disappeared. Hate to see those "self-heeling" things and couldn't find RCA. Thanks again.
