Last update date

Hi,

Currently I am using HP PPM 7.5.

We have some requests that are closed in the year 2009.

But the problem is those requests are showing its last updated date has March 2012.

We are not edited the requests since it has been closed.

Please help me to find answer for this problem.

Regards,

Govardhan

Re: Last update date

Can you check whether any timesheets were filled against this request.

There is a defect wherein if any timehseet is filled againt any closed request/project then the last update date is changed.

Cheers..

Re: Last update date

Govardhan,

Do you mean that all the closed requests have same date? Or the same Month as March 2012?

What tables are you referring to?

A preliminary step would be to check if you applied any data patches in March 2012 and if it updated the table..

Thanks,

Deep

Re: Last update date

Hi,

Yes, we are tracking time against this request.

Since it was closed we are not at all used this request in time sheets.

Re: Last update date

Then you need to check, whether any timehseet was filled agint this request. This might be the reason for incorrect last_update_date.

Ckech the details about this defect:

QCCR1L45447 Data corruption with request last update data

Reproduce steps

1.create a RT and enable actual effect tracking in Resource tab

2. create a request for this RT

3. go through the workflow and make the request closed.

4. created a timesheet for this request

5. check the database, you'll see the last update date is changed.

Cheers..
