LDAP Import User Stopped Working and Giving Error

Ldap import used to work like a charm in both dev and prod. Then suddenly, it stopped completing the job so it just runs forever unless I delete it. The error log says "Attachment File could not be downloaded." The File: rep_log_xxxx.html no longer exists in the server." The problem started on 4/30. It does not write on d:/PPM_HOME/reports anymore. Do these files get aged and rotated automatically? Any help will be appreciated.
