KNTA-10637 error when migrating workflow package

Hi,

I've been trying to migrate a workflow from our DEV to TEST environment but it has been failing due to the following error:

The existing destination Workflow Step '' does not match corresponding source Workflow Step '' at sequence number 1. (The workflow migrator attempted to match steps using the step source and the step sequence, because either the source or the destination workflow contains two steps that have identical workflow step names.) (KNTA-10637)

Message name: MIG_WF_STEPS_DONT_MATCH_FOR_SEQNUM

Could someone please advise why this is happening and how it can be resolved?

Thanks.

Re: KNTA-10637 error when migrating workflow package

I hope you have changed the sequence number of old workflow steps in the source environment.

The new WF Steps should be assinged new number.

Go to the workflow and go to the tab called 'Step Sequence' and the existing Destination step name and sequence should match to that of Source.

Let me know if I am not clear.
