JDBC Batch Update error when Personalising Dashboards

Hi everyone,

 

Has anyone else seen an error pop up when Personalising Dashboards, that says "Dashboard Error in page "EditPage.jsp". Could not execute JDBC Batch update"?

 

This has only started happening now that we have updated to PPM 9.14.0005 on our Windows servers and so far the only fix is to restart the PPM service.  There are no related errors in the log file and it is not reproduceable on demand.

 

There are no Search results on this forum or on the HP Support portal, so has anyone seen this or have any ideas on a root cause?  Maybe even a fix?
