Is it possible to modify the header on mobility emails?

We are testing mobility and encountering minor issue with the email it sends & Lotus Notes  It takes the workflow notification email and adds some text at the top shown below.   We had to disable embedded browser for MIME email to get it to work in Lotus Notes.   It might be related to the # sign not being encoded as %23 (per how IE uses the mailto protocol).     Does anyone know if the automated wording being added by mobility can be adjusted?   Two tables store the sent and received (

PPM_EMAIL_CONTEXT_INFO, PPM_EMAIL_PROCESSED_MSGS) but have not helped.

Windows Internet Explorer 7 and later. You must percent-encode all URL-reserved characters within a mailto: address. For example, the number sign (#) is used as a fragment identifier in URLs. When processing an address such as some#one@example.com, Internet Explorer copies only the portion up to the number sign into the mail client; the fragment portion including the number sign is ignored. This behavior is by design.

Re: Is it possible to modify the header on mobility emails?

Hi,

Check the release notes for PPM 9.14 http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1355991 on page 41. You can add a parameter to the server.conf to remove the initial text
