Import User Report connection reset error

Hello All,


We keep getting this error message when trying to import active LDAP users to PPM using the PPM report.  It weird because it worked before, and now its giving us this error message.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?  We contacted the LDAP team and they incresed the timeout value, but we still has the reset issue.  Thanks

We're facing the same issue with the Import Users report on 9.31. Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
I see this post was from some time ago. If you remember anything regarding this it would be really helpful. OUr LDAP team hasn't been able to help much either.
