How to get to Proposal from Request?

Hi All,

In our situation, we create proposals when the request is created successfully (I guess most of the case like this).

I can get request details from KCRT_REQUESTS and
KCRT_REQ_HEADER_DETAILS tables.
I wonder if there is link from request to proposal?
I know I can get all proposals from KCRT_FG_PFM_PROPOSAL table, but there is no sign of which request this proposal is related to.
I couldn't find a way access to proposal details.

Any help is appreciated.

Re: How to get to Proposal from Request?

TM,
Are they attached to each other as References ? If so, please refer to KNTA_REFERENCES table for the information that you are looking for. That should contain all the info that you are lookign for.

If they are not, you may want to update your execution step where Poposal gets created to make sure they get attached as references.
Thanks.

Re: How to get to Proposal from Request?

Thanks Raj Ghimire,

I can see the reference in the request Reference but when I checked the KNTA_REFERENCES table, I could not see anything regarding linked proposal.

Let's say my request ID is 30693 and the at the reference section I see the 30745 as the proposal number but could not find any link to each other.

Re: How to get to Proposal from Request?

Try this query and see if this helps:

select
KR.SOURCE_ID Parent_req, KR.PARAMETER1 Reference_Reqs
from knta_references kr
where
KR.SOURCE_ID = YOUR Req_ID HERE
and KR.TARGET_TYPE_CODE = 20

You should be able to use either of the two request # as your source_id.
Please note that in my case, target_type_code 1 is package and 20 is request so you want to make sure that value is correct for your instance as well..
Thanks.
