How to edit the form showing references between projects

Hi,

Is it possible to add  additional columns/fields to the screen showing references between projects (see attachments)

We would like to have a freely editable description for reference between projects

(one project referencing another - as dependent upon second one) and health of that dependency:

red  - this dependency creates problems for the first project (the one being dependent upon second one)

yellow - moderate problems

green - no problems caused by referenced project

best regards

Artur

Re: How to edit the form showing references between projects

Hi Artur,

* It's too hard to make it: find portlet jsp file and change it. Then find portlet SQL and change it.
* Another way is make portlet yourself. It's easy and most flexible way.

You can get referance and relationship data for a project from below piece of query, you can complete SELECT part as what you want to see in portlet:

FROM prodpitg.pm_projects proj,
prodpitg.knta_references ref1,
prodpitg.knta_ref_relationships rel,
WHERE rel.ref_relationship_id = ref1.ref_relationship_id
AND ref1.source_id = proj.project_id

This wont be feasible, but you can use User Data to add such custom fields.

Cheers..
