Thanks a ton for the instant reply, but will you eloborate please login to workbench and navigate to Sys Admin as I am using HP PPM 9.2 and I am logged in with Admin user but unable to to locate Sys Admin tab. Could you please help or explain the process step by step.
1. Login to PPM application. 2. On the homepage click Open->Administration->Open Workbench (or) Open Workbench on Desktop 3. Login to Workbench with Admin user account. 4. Click on Sys Admin -> Users tab 5. Click on "New User" button and enter the details.
