How to change the project manager from back end?

Hi,

I have a project and I want to change the Project manager of that project from back end through trigger. So I have updated the manager column userid and username in the kcrt_fg_pfm_project table( through trigger).
But it is not reflecting immediately.

What could be the problem?
How to change the project manager from back end? ( but it got reflected upon the SAVE)

Thanks

I think Cache is the problem.... Have you tried clearing that?

I am not sure how to clear cache as a part of trigger... but remember that cache should not be cleared during peak hours... It affects the overall performance.

Re: How to change the project manager from back end?

Hi Shravan,

try to update last_update_date and entity_last_update_date on kcrt_requests/kcrt_req_header_details with current timestamp.
Mostly this will make the cache aware of the change.
