How to Edit a Shared DashBoard?

We would like to edit a Standard DashBoard, because it is
a shared page, it won't allow me to edit it - it says 'A shared page is not
editable'.

Please advise.

Pachi

Re: How to Edit a Shared DashBoard?

Hi Pachi,

A shared dashboard is generally not allowed to be edited by users. Please check who are having the Edit access on that dashboard page...

To check the same: Open the Module..and In the Configure Access section, select the Allow access to all users and

Enable users to copy this module pages to their private dashboard checkboxes.

OR you can also give particular users the Edit access..

Thanks!!

Re: How to Edit a Shared DashBoard?

Hi Pachi,

Please follow the following process to provide the access on the dashboard:

1) Go to the Configure Module option.

2) Search and open the required module.

3) Go the Configure Access and provided the necessary access to the required user or security group.

Cheers!!!

Re: How to Edit a Shared DashBoard?

You can also recreate the page on a new Module (Creating Modules page 143) and then share the module (Sharing Modules page 146) so that the rest of users can copy it to their private pages.
