How is the planned and actual cost captured against the tasks in HP PPM

How is the planned and actual cost captured against the tasks in HP PPM. are they enetern manually or are they captured automatically please let me know the procedure for the capturing the same.

Hello Animesh,
depends on the type of cost. You can do everything manually in a project budget. For labor cost you can use time mangement to capture the actual effort and then use cost rates in the resource configuration to calculate actual costs automatically. Non-labor costs are always entered manually, in a budget or directly in the respective task.
