Has anyone ever created a validation to lookup users email addresses in LDAP?

We have a request form with a table component where users can add email addresses.  Right now, the table component is simply a text field so users can manually add email addresses.   Has anyone ever created a validation that would pull back from LDAP all email addresses so users can select them?

Hi Robert,

Maybe you can use oracle or vbscript. One way of them, oracle could query  LDAP and get some LDAP attributes like email than write them on a table or directly use it with oracle function. Than you can query the table or call function with select ... from dual in PPM rule section.  You can find some details here.

Another way of them, you could get LDAP attributes by using vbscript. As above, you could run this vbscript file by select ... from dual in PPM rule section. You can find some details here: link1, link2, link3

If you achieve to do that could you inform us

We use Perl scripts with the Net::LDAP module to read user information from Active Directory with LDAP. It works well for us.
