HP PPM and MS Team Fondation Server

Hi!

I was wondering if someone ever tried to integrate PPM with Microsoft's Team Foundation Sever (being the successor to Visual Source Safe). Would be interesting to know how this would be best done for both change and deployment processes.

Can anybody share experience on this topic?

Re: HP PPM and MS Team Fondation Server

Hi everyone,

there is an ER under investigation for this one:

http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/FID/DOCUMENTUM_QCCR1L35288

I suggest that you submit your email-address to this ER to raise the customer base, but cannot state if there are any plans to implement this at a current stage.

Best regards,

Dirk

Re: HP PPM and MS Team Fondation Server

Hi all,

dunno if this helps somewhat, but at least those that integrate with QC (ALM) 10 or 11, the following is supported, thus you'd be able to use the MS Foundation Server that way:

HP ALM Synchronizer

Versions supported:

  • HP Application Lifecycle Management 11.00 and HP Quality Center 10.00.
  • Rational ClearQuest 2003.06.15; 2003.06.16; 7.0; 7.0.1; and 7.1.
  • Rational RequisitePro 2003.06.15; 2003.06.16; 7.0; 7.0.1; and 7.1.
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2008 and 2010.

Best regards,

Dirk
