HP PPM 7.5: Question on Analyze Assignment Load Portlet

On the Analyze Assignment Load portlet, there are certain resources that only show up when I set the past periods to 3 or more. Looking that far back slows down the portlet significantly. If I only set past periods to 1, the portlet operates "okay," but I cannot see the resources I am looking for.

Any ideas as to why I cannot see those resources? Thanks.

Check the resource's resource pool participation. If the resource's non-workload is 100% they won't show up at that point in time. You can also check if the user account has been disabled (has an end date set). This would also cause the user to drop off the Analyze portlet.

I've contacted HP on this same issue. I was told the fix is coming out in the next SP which is scheduled for June 09.
