Hi, Is there any way we can get the list of IM / Problem tkts created/updated last 24 hrs.And this process should be automated, so that a daily process would fetch this details and store them in an particular location.
The request list portlet has a filter called "Created in the last" (in days) field.
You can add this portlet in your dashboard and specify the IM/Problem tkts in the request type field while put 1 in 'Created in the last' field since you want to fetch tickets created in last 24 hours and save your portlet preference.
If you need to have this data historised, you may want to have a look at the RML db scheme. There should be a view per request type with some info and also views displaying statistics per day/month(?) and even regarding min/max/average duration of the individual wf steps.
