Getting error while performing upgrade

Hi,

 

We are getting error while doing upgrade from PPM 7.5 to 8.0. Below is the error message and please find the attached error log files.

Please use the support tool kSupport.sh found in bin directory to review the
log file(s) for the failed action. Please review the log file(s) for the failed
action. After you resolve the problem, you can rerun the upgrade. Although you
will be prompted for the same information, the upgrade will continue from the
point at which it failed.

 

Please help on this ASAP.

Hi,

 

It's lool like a port issue. You need to select the different port number or if you are sure that the port is not being used by any other application then try to restart the server.
