Export to excel, missing CSS files - bad server_name URL

Hello,

I want to export Financial summary to excel. When I want to open exported xls file in excel, screen with missing files alert is displayed. I can only cancel this screen and Financial Sumamry is successfully opened in Excel but it does not look nice.

These files are missing:

server_name/itg/web/knta/global/css/GlobalStyleSheet.css
server_name/itg/css/fm/FMDataTable.css

I found that this server_name piece of path for these files is bad. It is not my external path to ppm application but it is local path of server. I have checked server.conf and uriworkermap.properties files but everything look OK.

Is there any other place where could be this server_name path hardcoded?

Thank you very much,

r.

Re: Export to excel, missing CSS files - bad server_name URL

Usually it's BASE_URL. Some of the portlets however do wierd things when exporting. We're using single-sign-on and our BASE_URL is ppm.company.com but our request lists for some reason append the 8080 port to the URL which breaks the link... :(
