We have in our workflow a step to automatically create another request type and attach it to this request.
The Ksc_copy_request command was working fine.
Suddenly today, when go to that particular execution step, it throws exception as below.
Beginning command: KSC Copy RequestRunning PL/SQL procedure KCRT_REQUEST_UTIL.COPY_REQUESTSummary of parameters:FROM_REQUEST_ID=66884REQUEST_TYPE_ID=31500WORKFLOW_ID=COPY_FIELDS=YCOPY_NOTES=YCREATE_REFERENCE=YREF_RELATIONSHIP_ID=15STATUS_NAME=SUBMIT=YPROCESS_RULE=YUSER_ID=134391VALIDATION_NAME=Exception occured during execution: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exceptionORA-06512: at "PPM.KCRT_REQUEST_UTIL", line 2342ORA-06512: at line 1
Any idea on this? I saw similar thread, where they had a workaround of setting the COPY_FIELDS=N..but that again didnt help.
After trial-and-error, found that the exception is caught due to REFERENCE creation. When I set to N for create reference, it creates the request type. But what would be the reason for creating reference to throw the exception?
Found the cause for this problem. Its the data corruption at the references level (Knta_references).
