Error while execuring Package - ITG Workflow Migrator

Good afternoon,

While migrating some workflows i got the following errors:

Cannot save row to the database for entity Executions, table KWFL_EXECUTIONS, primary key 30136. Message from database: An execution with this name already exists. (KWFL-30024) (KNTA-10641)

Message name: MIG_CANNOT_SAVE_ROW

ORA-00001: unique constraint (ITG.SYS_C00226446) violated ORA-06512: at "ITG.KWFL_WORKFLOW_STEPS_TRIG", line 11 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'ITG.KWFL_WORKFLOW_STEPS_TRIG' {KWFL_WORKFLOW_STEPS_TH-300} GUID=BF1702A9-F8C1-AE3D-5BC1-406EC08F667D

Message name: ORACLE_ERROR

Can someone give me some direction where to look for a solution?

Re: Error while execuring Package - ITG Workflow Migrator

Hello,

We have a new defect QCCR1L44767.

As a Workaround, we resolved by keeping the PROD and DEV sequences on sync, using the following queries:

KNTA_NOTIFICATIONS_s.currval from dual;

After checking this we can sync them by using one of the following queries until both are in sync

alter sequence id_sequence increment by X;

select id_sequence.nextval from dual;

Regards,

Adrian Soto

Re: Error while execuring Package - ITG Workflow Migrator

Hi,

we had this error when we changed the sort order of a workflow step and migrated the workflow to the test environment.

We submitted a support case, but we managed to find a workaround: we updated the reference code of the step in the test environment database to a dummy value and then the migration went fine.

hope this helps.

cheers

alex

Re: Error while execuring Package - ITG Workflow Migrator

I face similar issue in dev.

I had changed step sequence in DEv which was not matchning with PROD.

I compare PROD and Dev and rematch step sequence and it works fine for me.
