Error when clicking workflow action button

After clicking a button to move a demand request forward, the request hangs and then the following error triggers:


An unknown error has occurred. For more information, please contact your PPM administrator and provide the following GUID number:GUID=D656EB31-294E-D715-B783-2DE9BFC8F517 That is the only message generated by the system.


1.  Is anyone familiar with the GUID number?

2.  I have attached kSupport output, logs, screenshots, etc. to this post.


I would be very grateful for any help that can be provided.  Thanks in advance!

What is the PPM version?

Few things to check

1. Are there any invalid triggers?

2. If you have the audit on for the Notes/transaction history on any of the request fields, you can try unchecking them and see if the error occurs.
