Error in login

Hi,

While accessing the link (http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/documents) for getting online documentation, I am receiving the error (snap attached).

Please note, I have linked my account with support agreement using SAID key.

Please help.

Regards

Re: Error in login

I hope you should use your 'HP Support' ID, not the Forum ID.

The ID Starting with 'WW' seems to be Forum ID

Re: Error in login

yes, thats true. I usually login with that ID only.

Anything else is the problem? Initially when I registered my account i tried to link with SAID key and received an error saying - "The support agreement you entered XXX is already linked by XYZUser, you may contact the person to share it with you"

So, I contacted XYZUser person and he gave me access and shared the key from his HP login account.

But still am not able to login. I can login to HP forums and post my issues, but for online documentation link my login is failing.

Please assist.

Re: Error in login

My 'HP Support ID' and 'Forum ID' are completely different ID's

Please raise a case with HP Support.

Re: Error in login

Attaching the error for more clarity.

But the actual user of that agreement gave me privileges
He used following steps from his account:

My profile -> Link Support Agreement ...Added my user ID, email ID.

Is this not enoguh to get access to online documentation?

Re: Error in login

I am not working for HP.

Raising a non-Technical Case with HP will have speedy Resolution.

Also if you want any documents Quickly tell the name to them, They will send it to you by mail
Thanks.

Re: Error in login

How should I raise this issue with HP? Is this not the forum where HP monitors and helps resolve issues?

Any other forusm/channel where I can talk to HP support directly?
