I can see Incompletely deployed packages,

What is the last package you are trying to deploy?

Try to delete the /work and /temp directories under the server node

then run kUpdateHtml

then recreate the issue

Re: Error in Services Node start up in cluster environment

Hi PPMRam,

Usually, this issue can be resolved by following steps below:

1. Stop PPM
2. Run the kClusterDeploy.sh script.
section “Switching from Stand-Alone to a Server Cluster Configuration” (page 200)of install & admin guide
3. Assuming that the script runs correctly, then run kUpdateHtml.sh.
4. Restart PPM

Best regards,
Randall

Hi,

We are also facing same issue after upgrading from 9.14 to 9.22. Can you please let us know how this can be resolved?

Re: Error in Services Node start up in cluster environment

Hello,

I had the same issue.

the solution received from HP was to redeploy the deployCluster.zip.

Let us know if the above works.

cheers

Re: Error in Services Node start up in cluster environment

Please change your JAVA_HOME to your old java home e.g  Java1.6.0 .

As for upgrade you must have changed your JAVA_HOME to new JAVA_HOME.

After reverting the JAVA_HOME clear tmp and work folder and try restarting the server.

I think it will resolve your issue.

Thanks,

Tapas
