Error after login after migrating PPM instance and DB

Hello, I am getting an error when logging into a migrated instance of PPM. The PPM server starts and I can login but I get a portlet error on the home page. Details of this error is at the end of the log. There are also startup errors refering to db objects which don't exist. I am attaching the PPM startup log.

 

I hope the problem is simple. I need to get this working today in time to demonstrate this at a client site tomorrow.
