Re: Error Loading Project and Portfolio Management center

Hi Badari,

I believe you are using PPM 8.X

Clicking on Create Package link opens PPM workbench console. Are you able to open workbench by going to Menu as:

Open > Administration > Open Workbench

Do you have java installed on your local machine? If yes can you check the classpath/path environment variable?

Thanks,

Deep

Re: Error Loading Project and Portfolio Management center

Hi Badai,

I see you have jdk 1.6.0

Upgrade your java to supported version. jdk 1.6.0_7 and try opening workbench again.

Thanks,
Deep

Re: Error Loading Project and Portfolio Management center

Hi,

I'm not sure from your problem description:

Did your workbench work before and now it is not functional or have you never used it successfully on the machine in question?

Does the problem affect other machines?

If it is suddenly broken, you can try to clear all cached java web start applications and resources (actually everything) in the Java Control panel cache as a start.

If it never worked verify the java version matches your version and SP specific requirements and compatibility matrix.

BTW: is your HP PPM Server named kintana? And is the server kintana accessible?

Kind Regards
