Error: HUGECLOB in the database table column.

Hi,

We are testing the Mercury ITG 6.0 on oracle version 10.2.0 (earlier using oracle 9i), everything is working fine, but for columns with datatypes CLOB/BLOB in database, we are getting HUGECLOB / HUGEBLOB in place of any data.

Re: Error: HUGECLOB in the database table column.

CLOB is a valid datatype. To see what is stored in the NOTE column, you need to convert the CLOB into VARCHAR.

You can do this as:

 select dbms_lob.substr( NOTE, 400, 1) from KNTA_NOTE_ENTRIES

Let me know if does not fix your issue.
