I want to eliminate the user that is in the process of creating a request (not yet submitted) from being in a validation to select a user to approve. Any ideas?
I have tried allready modifying the PPM - User Id - Enabled validation and then adding an extra filter to the SQL
and user_id =! '[REQD.CREATED_BY]'
and many other variables of the same thing. The error i am getting is -
One of the tokens in the validation was unparseable. This can be caused by an invalid token name or missing data from the field the token represents. (KNTA-10073)
SELECT user_id, full_name, username, department_meaning, email_address FROM knta_users_v users WHERE ( UPPER (first_name) LIKE UPPER (? || '%') OR UPPER (last_name) LIKE UPPER (? || '%') OR UPPER (full_name) LIKE UPPER (? || '%') OR UPPER (username) LIKE UPPER (? || '%') ) AND NVL (end_date, CURRENT_DATE) >= CURRENT_DATE and user_id =! '[REQD.CREATED_BY]' ORDER BY full_name
