Display percentage values in a portlet

Hi all

Can you please let me know how to dispaly percentage values in a pivot chart portlet in 9.14. We have a requirement to dispaly the same. Below is a sample data to display.

Data Subteam_Resp             Count of Subteam_Resp       %Subteam_Resp       YES NO OTHER NO RESP YES NO OTHER NO RESP 7 5     58% 42% 0% 0% 34 20 1 1 61% 36% 2% 2% 12 10     55% 45% 0% 0% 25 14   1 63% 35% 0% 3%

Re: Display percentage values in a portlet

I think you might need to add a measurement (as opposed to adding a column) to your portlet definition.

The documentation explains this on page 108 (V9.1) of the: Creating Portlets and Modules User guide.

Re: Display percentage values in a portlet

hi,

I was able to display percentages but we do not want the total of the percent columns to be displayed at the bottom - SUM(TOTAL). how can we restrict the totalling of percent as well?

attached is the sample o/p. u can see a total of 1700% which is incorrect.

Re: Display percentage values in a portlet

There are limitations with regard to row/column totals, but you can try the using the Portlet Definition Display Options and/or the Totals aggregation function(s) to see if it meets your needs.
