Diferent mail accounts

Hi everyone,

 

I have a PPM that has two companies on it, could be possible to define a mail account for each one in order to get notifications acording their setup? Or at least a workaround to change the from part of the notification?

Hallo Alfredo,

 

you can change the "From:" part in each notification - you can even use a token (take a close look at the configuration window for notifications in a workflow and you will find the button).

 

Do the two companies use different workflows? Then you could use a Workflow User Data field to store the e-mail sender address and then use that field in a token in each notification.

Agree with Torsten,

 

You have the option to set FROM part in email, go to WF Step Source->Properties->Notification->Message Tab

 

You have various options to set FROM, example Token or hard coded email address etc.
